DESCRIPTION //
The event was part of the Spring Edition of HER: She Loves San Lorenzo, a “neighbourhood festival” focused on Art and Data, held in Rome’s San Lorenzo district and organized by the research center HER (Human Ecosystems Relazioni). This hyperlocal initiative aimed to revitalize local microcirculation and foster connections among the cultural actors of the area, which hosts a university campus and numerous cultural institutions.
In the first part of the event, it was screened a video interview I conducted with philosopher Aldo Masullo on the Ethics of AI. The video served as a catalyst for an open conversation among myself, Luca Sossella, Lucio Saviani, and Guido Vetere. Together, we explored the topic from multiple perspectives—philosophy, sociology, technology, psychology, and more—seeking to understand the risks, limitations, opportunities, and potential that the integration of AI into public services and systems might entail.
