DESCRIPTION //
As the world appears to spiral further into conflict, division, extraction, and subordination, how can we build organizations that embody a different paradigm—one rooted in regeneration, peace, and collaboration?
In this session, led by Thomas Kemps and supported by Daniele Bucci and me, we presented the first iteration of an open framework developed by Ecosistemica to understand and explore regenerative organizational practices across cultures and regions. Through a series of case studies, we addressed key questions related to decision-making, organizational structure, participation, resource management, information flows, and learning.
We concluded the session with an open call for contributions to our shared database of case studies. Participants were invited to share examples of organizations and practices that embrace regenerative principles, continuing what we envision as an ongoing, participatory learning journey.
The event was part of the annual international conference of Sociocracy for All, titled “New Ways of Being Together”.
